Prevent Duty
We are aware of our responsibilities under the Prevent duty to have due regard to the need to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism. We will provide appropriate training and be vigilant to signs of radicalisation.
Online Safety
As our programmes are delivered online, we are committed to promoting safe online behaviour and protecting learners from online risks including cyberbullying, inappropriate content, and online grooming.
Reporting Concerns
If you have safeguarding concerns about a learner or anyone associated with Optivolt Solutions Limited, please report them immediately to our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
In an emergency, contact the relevant authorities directly (police, social services).
Confidentiality
Safeguarding concerns will be handled confidentially and information shared only on a need-to-know basis. However, safeguarding concerns may need to be shared with external authorities.
